The Roman Road

  • For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23
  • For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23
  • But God shows His love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8
  • If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Romans 10:9
  • For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13

Today the nurse told us she thinks Tim needs more pain medicine. She says he is obviously in pain and is not so sure he needs to be waking up yet. When the doctors did rounds this morning they ordered an ultrasound of his gall bladder to see if he has gall stones. He is turning yellow which means his liver is not doing its job very well.
It turns out he does not have gall stones. And does not have hepatitis so more tests were ordered with his blood and other things to see if that will show any reason his liver is having problems.
Even though he does show brain activity and is responding to pain, he still does not follow commands regularly like open your eyes or wiggle your toes etc. So a neurologist is coming to check him out probably Monday.
He still has the pneumonia. And they have his bed moving side to side and up and down slowly which should help his lungs.

Thank you all again for all of your prayers! We know that the strength we need only comes from God!
