The nurse says last night was uneventful. An EEG (brain scan) was done and we will get results maybe later today. Today they have not given one bit of pain medicine or sedative.
About an hour ago Tim was waking up and is very agitated. He is biting on his vent tube and trying to communicate. My mom said he wanted to be sat up.
The neurologist was just in and asked him to squeeze her hands. He did. Then she asked him to push against her hands with his feet one at a time which he did with the left foot but was unable to push with the right.
Praise God!!! I know he is very uncomfortable... actually he is probably miserable, but we are really glad he was able to follow commands this morning! Now that he did all of that the nurse was going to ask the doc if dad can have something for pain.

  1. We are so happy that Tim woke up. Even tho he is agitated....he's probably very confused or has alot to say. The Good Lord has his arms around Tim and all of his family. We are so thankful. Ted and I will be up in Vegas tomorrow afternoon/evening. We will be staying in the same place we got for Susie. We look forward to seeing both of them. God's Blessings to all of you.
