Good Morning!
It's been a while, so there's lot of news:
On Monday we went to see the orthopedic doctor here in Bullhead City who consulted on Tim's breaks while he was in Valley View Hospital. That's Dr. Stamper. He took xrays of both upper arms, the right thigh and the entire pelvis. He showed us where all the new bone is forming and said that everything is healing nicely. (even the pelvis!) That's all great news! That pelvis was a mess and God made it look like a pelvis again and is mending it! Dr. Stamper says to continue physical therapy and start outpatient therapy as soon as the home pt is finished.
On September 22nd we saw Tim's doctor and friend of many years, Larry Keating. He's systematically lessening the amount of pills Tim's been taking and we're hoping this makes him feel better.
For the most part, Tim's been using a cane instead of a walker and getting around quite well. He's been to church the last 3 weeks in a row and visits us at work a couple days a week for a few hours (just to see how things are going) and therapy 3 days a week. All of this sufficiently wears him out.
Right now, he and Zeke weigh about the same; we're working on Tim's appetite. He says he has none, so, he pretty much gets whatever he asks for (to eat).
Today we're going for routine blood tests and the next appt. with Larry is 10/13.

Now you're caught up: Hope you all have a great day!
Thank God for His amazing love and mercy,
Suzi
